ADMISSION PROCESS 
– Application
    • Print and complete application
    • Fill out a separate application for each child
    • Mail to: PO Box 130, Holly Springs, NC 27540
    • Include application fee of $100 per child (covers testing done at family interview)
    • Applications must be postmarked by May 17th, 2019
– Family Meeting
  • Applications will be online January 2nd, 2019 and the review process will begin January 7th, 2019
  • A link to schedule a family meeting will be sent after this date and application is complete
  • Family meetings will begin January 22nd, 2019
  • Your child(ren) will be given a quick academic evaluation, using Woodcock Johnson, during this meeting
– Enrollment
  • If a spot is offered to your family, a $300 enrollment fee will be due within 10 days of acceptance with a family max of $700
  • Complete all family, medical and emergency information on ClassReach (login will be sent to the family)
  • Upload required documents onto ClassReach
             1) Vaccinations records or accepted form of exemption
             2) Any special medical instructions or IEP
*The admission process is not considered final until the following items are complete:
  • First month’s tuition, registration, and resource fees are paid
  • Records from child’s previous school are received
  • Health form is completed by child’s physician and received in the office
  • Emergency contact form is completed and turned in to the office
