Kindergarten
Math: Singapore

Algebra 1: Bob Jones (8th Grade)
Algebra I develops an understanding of algebra by justifying methods and by explaining how to solve problems. History/Theology/Literature: Veritas
Omnibus is the classical Christian educational answer to history, theology, and literature. Omnibus is a Latin term meaning “all encompassing.” Completing Omnibus I will provide the student a full credit in Ancient World History I, one in Doctrine and Theology I, and one in Ancient Literature I. Combining these disciplines will help students grow in their appreciation of the unity of all knowledge, and all the material is taught through a Biblical worldview. The student text leads the student through the study of the great works from the dawn of time to the fall of Rome; teaching with the emphasis on ideas, not simply information. This daily approach includes lesson plans and will make teaching and interacting with the greatest works of Western Civilization both enjoyable and profitable. Students will also apply and further develop their skills in composition, logic, and aesthetics. Students completing all six years of Omnibus will have carefully studied every book of the Bible too. The student text assigns the readings in the primary and secondary books for each semester. We have gathered these books into discounted kits. Primary readings serve as the meat of the Omnibus studies, while secondary provide a less strict, more literature-based approach to the course, culminating for the ultimate learning experience.
Logic: Veritas
This time-proven program covers logical statements, syllogisms, a brief introduction to informal fallacies, and more. The text, answer key and test booklet are very usable by themselves. Covers propositional logic, formal proofs and truth trees.
Science: Bob Jones
Students will learn the science of life in this colorful textbook that displays an engaging design sure to grab their attention from the very first day. Each chapter of Life Science includes well-researched material written at grade level, colorful images to reinforce text content, boxes with fun facts and helpful explanations, a list of key terms, a chapter summary, thought-provoking review questions, and extra questions to prepare students for standardized tests. Students will study cell biology, genetics, the history of life, microbiology, botany, zoology, ecology, and human anatomy and physiology, all within a biblical framework.
Science Labs: Bob Jones
Labs are often the most exciting part of a life science class. These labs will make the subject come alive for your student! This updated Life Science Lab Manual includes worksheets, activities, and labs. Each chapter has 4–5 review worksheets called “Applications”. In addition, 2–5 activities and labs called “Investigations” are provided for each chapter. Class Investigation activities are true laboratory experiments. Each one provides clear instructions for the student and asks probing questions, requiring students to think through what they are observing and studying. Many of these labs can be completed with minimal materials. Research Investigations require students to use other sources to discover information about life science topics. Field Investigations involve students making observations outside the lab or classroom. Personal Investigations are activities that students can complete on their own and often involve preparing oral or written reports.
Spanish 1: Bob Jones
Spanish 1 introduces students to beginning Spanish. Students will learn how to ask and answer questions in Spanish, give and follow directions, purchase items, make small talk, and present the gospel. The textbook is rich with activities to help students gain confidence with the Spanish language.
